The Dubai property market first opened back in 2002 when the law was established allowing foreigners the opportunity to invest in freehold properties. At that point the idea of purchasing a Dubai property was possibly a little daunting and may have seemed a little risky. But since that time we have all watched with awe and amazement at the transformation that has created a truly outstanding city. This has led to a dramatic change to Dubai where the price of properties has literally tripled and continues to carry on rising. Not only that but the growth in population is recorded as the fastest any throughout the world. Many people are flocking to Dubai looking for work due to the attraction of money and a better way of life. The feel is that by getting employment within the UAE would actually set you up financially for the rest of your life.
